MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) – Manitowoc police have confirmed they’ve arrested a suspect Tuesday in connection with the deaths of a father and daughter.
Police are planning a news conference this afternoon at 2 p.m. to release more details.
September 9th of last year police found 51-year-old Richard Miller and his 19-year-old daughter, Jocelyn, deceased inside a home on Dale Street.
Both died from gunshot wounds.
Last week, police released surveillance videos of a person and a vehicle in the area on the night of the homicides.
