GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A man accused of using heroin before crashing a vehicle into a ditch was ordered to stand trial on Friday.
Following the January 28th incident in Ashwaubenon, 27-year-old Jessie House faces three charges, including recklessly endangering safety.
Court records show he enters a plea on April 25.
29-year-old Molly Schlichting is also charged for the incident and will return to court on April 29 for an arraignment.
According to the Ashwaubenon Public Safety Department, the two were taking the drug while driving on Ashland Avenue and eventually crashed into a snow bank.
House was not breathing and needed a drug antidote to be revived, while Schlichting also required medical attention.
No one else was injured in the incident.
