BERLIN, WI (WTAQ) – A 64-year-old Green Lake man is in jail after a getting into a fight with another driver, according to Berlin police.
They say the incident took place around 9 a.m. Wednesday morning on Mound Street and Franklin Street when the man allegedly pulled a 9 mm pistol and hit the other driver in the back of the head.
Chief Dennis Plantz says, “It is unfortunate that an incident such as this had to take place, but should serve a stern reminder that these types of incidents such as this can have unimaginable consequences.”
The man is being held in the Green Lake County Jail without bond.
He’s awaiting his initial appearance in the Green Lake County Jail, according to Berlin Police.
