NEENAH, WI (WTAQ) – Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office says they believe about 95% of the vehicles involved in last Sunday’s massive pile-up on I-41 will be completely totaled.
The Sheriff’s Department has begun releasing the vehicles that were taken to the City of Neenah Tullar Road impound site.
The Sherif’s Department also continues to process a large amount of squad camera footage, body camera footage, phone calls, and photos.
It is still unknown exactly how the incident started, but Sheriff Officials say it was for sure due to whiteout conditions on the road.
It is anticipated that the whole process will take a few days.
