KEWAUNEE, WI (WTAQ) – The man accused of a series of armed robberies in two counties pleaded not guilty in Kewaunee County on Friday.
25-year-old Jaccob Pate is charged with three armed robberies in Brown County and one in Luxemburg between January 7 and 8.
No trial date is set and Pate will return to court on May 9 for a pre-trial conference.
According to Luxemburg Police, Pate allegedly went into the Main Street Crossing store, pulled out a gun and demanded cash.
Less than $500 dollars was stolen and nobody was injured.
According to police, the three Brown County armed robberies took place within hours of one another:
- 7:29 p.m.: Superior Discount Liquor, 130 S. Military Ave.
- 10:57 p.m.: Dino Stop Shell, 1828 S. Ashland Ave.
- 4:34 a.m.: Pit Row Shell, 2590 University Ave.
Pate also pleaded not guilty in Brown County earlier and no trial date has been set.
He’ll return to court on April 16.
