KEWAUNEE, WI (WTAQ) – A teen charged in a vandalism spree was convicted on Friday.
18-year-old Valentina Flannery pleaded no contest to five misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property and was placed on probation for 18 months.
According to court records, Flannery has already paid $1,563.13 in restitution.
18-year-old Jacob Beauchaine has already been sentenced to a week in jail for his role in the vandalism spree, while 18-year-old Owen Froelich was placed on probation for three years.
A 15-year-old was prosecuted in juvenile court.
The charges stem from a number of mailboxes, road signs, and a vehicle windshield that were damaged on February 6, 2018, in Kewaunee County.
More than forty victims were listed in the criminal complaint, including the municipalities of Carlton, Casco, Franklin, Luxemburg, Montpelier, West Kewaunee, and Kewaunee County.
More than thirty residential mailboxes were damaged.
