APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – An Appleton man that allegedly posed as a doctor and distributed prescriptions pleaded not guilty on Tuesday.
32-year-old Kyle Larsen faces 18 charges, including practicing medicine without a license, and will return to court on February 13 for a status conference. No trial date was set during Tuesday’s arraignment.
Following a report of suspicious services being offered by Larsen, under the name “Dr. Kyle Ellis,” investigators began looking into his practice.
Investigators say that Larsen allegedly provided a variety of medical treatments and prescribed and dispensed medications to patients.
