GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A man accused of making shooting gestures at the Brown County Library Saturday afternoon has been charged with making a terrorist threat.
55-year-old Dmitry Morozov is also facing charges of battery to a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
Police received a report of a man making finger gun gestures and gun noises and one of the threats was directed towards the children’s section.
Officers had to use pepper spray and a taser to subdue Morozov after he allegedly punched an officer in the face.
Dmitry Morozov was convicted last year of negligent handling of burning materials, setting fire to an Ashwaubenon apartment and trying to escape naked.
