The man in the video is Chad Cheddar Mock. This happened in Mankato, Minnesota and thankfully the child is just fine! The mother of the 2-year-old didn’t properly fasten the car seat into the backseat of the vehicle, ummm, duh.
The child is back with the mom but charges might be coming.
