GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Northeast Wisconsin Technical College is asserting that when they stopped a student from distributing religious-themed Valentine’s cards on campus they did not violate her Constitutional rights.
Following the incident earlier this year, Polly Olson filed a federal lawsuit claiming that she was not being disruptive and was not a threat.
NWTC asked for the suit to be dismissed in their formal response that was filed with the court on Friday.
No hearings have been set in the case.
