GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – The company Breakthrough in Green Bay has announced plans to build their new corporate headquarters in 2020.
President and CEO Doug Mueller says it is not too far from their existing home.
” I have spent a lot of time in the last eight years looking out that window and thought, Gee there is a lot of opportunity on the other side of the river.
Mueller says the company will now have one campus in the Broadway District as they currently have three locations in Downtown Green Bay.
“It will really bring a unique feel and sense for the city of Green Bay and reinforces our commitment and provides an opportunity for great experience.
Mueller says they do plan to maintain a presence at the center located at Backstage at the Meyer.
Green Bay Mayor Jim Schmitt says the new location along the West side of the Fox River will also be part of a new development in the city.
“Breakthrough will be a catalyst development for our new Shipyard District.”
Breakthrough has around 80 employees but anticipates growing and the 40,000 square foot facility will also provide room for expansion.
