GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A Green Bay man was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison after being convicted of possessing child pornography.
Court records show that 35-year-old Lucas DaPra will also be placed on supervised release for 10 years after his release.
The 15-year-term, which is the minimum federal sentence, was jointly recommended by both prosecutors and the defense.
Photo and video files were found in DaPra’s home in May, according to investigators.
DaPra distributed at least 32 images of child porn, which includes compilations of photos, according to prosecutors.
