OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – A preliminary report was released on Thursday from the ongoing investigation into the fatal boat crash that killed two sisters near Neenah on August 18.
The crash claimed the lives of 26-year-old Lauren Laabs and 20-year-old Cassandra Laabs.
The report indicates that no one on either boat was wearing a life jacket and both drivers told investigators they did not see the other boat.
