GREEN LAKE, WI (WTAQ) – A Princeton man convicted of killing his girlfriend and setting her home on fire entered into a plea deal on Tuesday.
29-year-old Antonio Contreras will have an arson count dropped after he pleaded no contest to first-degree intentional homicide.
The victim, Grace Reiter-Rudolph, got into a fight with Contreras on March 12, which resulted in him shooting her in the head at least three times.
Court records show that Contreras will be sentenced on November 15.
First-degree intentional homicide carries an automatic term of life in prison.
Whether or not Contreras will be eligible for parole will be decided by Judge Mark Slate.
