APPLETON, WI (WTAQ)- A 27-year-old Appleton resident has been taken into custody after running into a truck that was painting lines on Highway 41 on Ballard Road early Saturday morning.
Officials say the driver was arrested for a 2nd offense OWI Causing Injury.
Officials arrived at the scene around 3:45 a.m and helped two people who were injured with non-life threatening injuries.
