APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – The Appleton International Airport just recorded all-time record traffic this past June, setting the highest passenger numbers in the airport’s 53-year history.
June marked the 14th consecutive month of passenger growth for Appleton International Airport, which was recently named by Bloomberg as the fourth fastest growing airport in the nation.
Starting in June, United Airlines began flights to Denver out of Appleton, which has been immensely popular and aided to the airport’s growth.
