GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – The stage is being set for the Packers Experience, a major exhibit of memorabilia and interactive displays, set to begin Thursday and coinciding with the start of Packers training camp.
It’s part of a 4 day festival in honor of the Packers 100 seasons.
“my personal favorite is the player with 17 jerseys set and really it showcases the decades of the Green Bay Packers.”
But Kandi Goltz, Packers manager of game presentations, says it’s more than just museum pieces.
“We have a lot of activities for kids to throw footballs, to tackle some dummies.”
Goltz says the display is similar to the NFL fan festival you see at the Super Bowl or the NFL Draft.
“we’ve Packerized everything. It’s free, open to the public.”
Exhibits and activities will be in the Lambeau Field parking lots and in the Titletown District.
