OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – A 35-year-old Oshkosh man is facing charges for an overnight stabbing in Oshkosh Sunday.
He is facing three counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide.
The incident happened on the 700 block of Otter Avenue around midnight.
Authorities say the two victims were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, but one of the victims, a 26-year-old Oshkosh man has been released.
A 35-year-old Oshkosh woman remains hospitalized.
Officer say a bystander was also attacked after intervening but was not injured.
Cops say there is no threat to the public and they are not looking for any more suspects.
