MENASHA, WI (WTAQ) – Police in Menasha say they found a three-year-old girl riding her bike alone on the Racine Street Bridge Monday morning, and that led to the arrest of her mother’s boyfriend.
Officers say the girl told them that she was riding to the gas station because they had gum.
Officers contacted the mother who said the girl and her infant sibling were left in the man’s care.
Officers found the man sleeping when they arrived.
He was arrested on multiple warrants through several agencies.
