TOWN OF BRUSSELS, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Everyone made it out from a house fire in Door County.
It broke out around 1:30 this morning (Tuesday) at a home in the town of Brussels near Highway XC.
Curt Vandertie with the Brussels- Union-Gardner Fire Department tells FOX 11, the fire had a good head start on the crews.
“Flames were coming from the roof when our first unit on scene found a majority of the house fully engulfed, flames visible through roof line.”
Several animals were rescued from the home, but a couple cats are missing.
