OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – A traffic stop leads to two officers being dragged in a woman’s car Thursday afternoon.
Oshkosh police pulled over a 26-year-old woman on Doty Street near 17th Avenue in Oshkosh.
Police say the woman gave the officers a fake name, then tried to drive away while two officers were partially in the car.
The woman dragged both of the officers in her car, then hit one of them after he pulled himself out.
Police say she then hit a home and front porch before running from the scene.
Additional responding officers were able to take her into custody.
It’s believed the cops who went on the unplanned ride along were not seriously hurt.
