OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ)- An Oshkosh Teen is facing three charges after being accused of stabbing an 18-year-old to death last week.
Autopsy results collected Monday shows how 18-year-old Noah Williams died last Friday.
“It was confirmed that he died of multiple stab wounds,” said Oshkosh officer Kate Mann.
Police also confirmed that the circumstances that led to the stabbing were not from a drug deal at that time, but rather retaliation for a previous drug deal.
17-year-old Charles Martin is facing intentional homicide charges after allegedly stabbing Williams during the incident which is being described as retaliation from a previous drug deal.
Winnebago County Deputy District Attorney Scott Cemen says they have a belief that the situation was planned out.
“Approximately thirty minutes after the crime was committed, he had texted that juvenile that he was going on the run,” said Cemen.
Martin was in court on Tuesday. Bond was set at 1 million dollars cash.
