GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A reboot of winter is taking place this weekend. Fox 11 Meterologist Phil DeCastro says it could effect some Easter travel.
“If you do have to travel north, I would wait until later in the day Saturday or even wait until Sunday morning.”
DeCastro says depending on where you are, you can expect to see snow, rain and cold.”
“In the Green Bay area and the Valley, we are going to see kind of a rainy slush and then it is really going to get cold just in time for Easter Sunday.”
Accumulation expected north of Shawano County. Many areas could see some high gusts of wind this weekend, and you may need to bundle up a little for those outdoor Easter egg hunts.
