BRILLION, WI (WTAQ)- A new apartment building in downtown Brillion will be possible thanks to a state grant.
A $250,000 dollar grant from Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation will be used to raze a vacant grocery store on Main Street, and build a 40 unit apartment building.
Construction is scheduled to be completed by June 2019.
