FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ) – Police say a driver led Fond du Lac County sheriff’s deputies on a high speed chase, and now they are looking for that person.
It started around 1:30 this morning (Thursday) in the Town of Eldorado.
Deputies tried pulling the driver over because the license plate didn’t match the vehicle.
But the driver kept going north on I-41, reaching speeds of 115 miles per hour.
The chase covered more than 12 miles.
The Wisconsin State Patrol was involved.
The pursuit was stopped after the vehicle exited at 9th Avenue in Oshkosh.
The vehicle is a silver Dodge Magnum with the license plate N3667W.
