GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A former Menominee tribal police officer has been convicted of having inappropriate social media contact with a teenage girl.
Prosecutors say Basil O’Kimosh sent illicit photographs to the 15-year-old, unsuccessfully trying to get her to do the same.
The plea deal that has been agreed to by both parties calls for O’Kimosh to be given 15 years in prison at his June 11 sentencing.
