GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A former Menominee tribal police officer has reportedly agreed to plead guilty to having inappropriate social media contact with a teenage girl.
Prosecutors say Basil O’Kimosh sent explicit photographs to a 15-year-old, unsuccessfully trying to get her to do the same.
A hearing to finalize the deal, which has him pleading to one count and having the other one dropped, is set for Friday.
The plea deal reportedly calls for O’Kimosh spending 15 years in prison, which is the minimum amount of time the count carries. He could have faced up to 30 years behind bars.
