APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – Three people were displaced after a Sunday evening fire at an apartment complex in Appleton.
Crews were called out to the 3200 block of East Canary Street around 6:30 p.m.
Reports indicate that the fire started on the roof.
The investigation revealed that the fire was a chimney fire in the attic, caused from use of a wood burning fire place.
The damage reported was contained to the attic area.
Nobody was injured.
