GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A federal conviction for a previously-convicted sex offender who traveled from New York to Shawano to meet a teenager for sex.
Prosecutors say James Huskisson messaged the 15-year-old girl online, sending her explicit photographs.
Police were contacted when a suspicious vehicle with New York plates should up in the girl’s school’s parking lot.
Huskisson, who was previously convicted of two counts of First Degree Forcible Rape in New York, was arrested when he returned home.
He faces up to 30 years in prison when sentenced May 14 for the one count of Sexual Exploitation of a Child.
