MARINETTE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – The four cops involved last month’s fatal officer-involved shooting in Marinette County have been cleared.
Sheriff’s deputies David Oginski and Spencer Elias and Marinette Police officers Greg Haemker and Derrik Maye were involved in the December 7 shooting of 35-year-old Jesse Cole Shuping.
Investigators say the incident began at a Marinette motel and resulted in Shuping getting out of his vehicle armed, following a pursuit that led to Peshtigo.
