COMBINED LOCKS, WI (WTAQ) – The Outagamie County executive’s office says a local paper mill is restarting one of its machines.
Executive Tom Nelson says 50 Appleton Coated employees will be called back to work.
Many of the 600 workers were laid off in September, ahead of the mill being sold to a California-based company.
