GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ)- A former Menominee Indian Tribal Police Officer pleaded Not Guilty in Federal Court Monday.
Basil O’Kimosh is accused of having inappropriate social media contact with a 15-year-old girl.
O’Kimosh is facing three charges, including, engaging in sexually explicit conduct with a minor.
O’Kimosh’s attorney once again asked for him to be allowed to post bond, but that was once again denied.
