GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A Green Bay alderwoman has filed a complaint against five of her colleagues.
Barbara Dorff claims the aldermen who held a Monday press conference to announce allegations against Mayor Jim Schmitt violated the state’s open meetings law.
The five named are council president Tom DeWane and aldermen Andy Nicholson, Mark Steuer, Chris Wery, and Guy Zima.
Dorff says it qualified as an open quorum since two other council members were mentioned during the gathering.
She claims the violation brings a fine between $25-$300.
