No charges will be issued in connection of a fatal crash that killed a woman, and injured an Outagamie County Sheriff Deputy.
The investigation of the Black Creek crash in August recently completed.
The driver, 70-year-old Marcia Noble, failed stop at a stop sign, when he car was struck by a squad car operated by Outagamie County Deputy Lynne James.
The passenger, 94-year-old Dorothy Noble died due to injuries, and the deputy suffered minor injuries.
Wisconson State Patrol Sgt. Dan Diedrich said no ciations or charges will be issued.
