WAUPACA COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – A six-month investigation has led to 20 drug arrests in Waupaca County.
Investigators say they made controlled buys of heroin, meth, cocaine, and other substances from most of the suspects.
Formal charges have already been filed against some of the 20 people, 16 men and four women, who range from 19 to 67 years old.
