GREEN LAKE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – A 28-year-old Green Lake man is dealing with life-threatening injuries after being shot Saturday.
Green Lake County Sheriff’s officials received a call around 11:25 am about a man taking a weapon into an apartment, located at 605 South Street in Green Lake.
Upon arrival, officers met with two people who had left the residence and learned that another man was still in the upstairs apartment with a weapon.
After deputies talked the 28-year-old into coming out, they realized he was injured. The man was flown to the hospital.
The situation has been described as a domestic incident involving a struggle over a firearm.
