GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A fire broke out at Sunrise Oriental Market in downtown Green Bay Saturday night. It happened just after 9:30.
When crews arrived, smoke was seen coming from the building’s roof.
Crews spent three hours trying to control the blaze.
They had a difficult time putting out the fire due to the complication of getting water onto the covered area of the roof.
Nobody was injured or displaced. The fire caused $250,000 in damage.
The incident is an active investigation.
