OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – The 24-year-old Freedom woman charged in a vehicle-versus-motorcycle crash now faces a more serious count.
Kendra Bruley is charged with Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle, after 65-year-old Stephen Gebert died from his injuries Sunday.
Bruley allegedly turned across Gebert’s lane of traffic during the August 11 Greenville crash.
Gebert was thrown from his bike and suffered multiple blunt force traumatic injuries.
Bruley has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Wednesday morning.
