OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – Menominee Park Zoo officials say the Russian tortoise that was stolen last month has been returned.
Anastasia was found in her exercise pen early last week and is reportedly doing fine. Officials say she initially resisted eating after being found cold.
Russian tortoises prefer warm, dry climates.
