MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) – A 17-year-old has been cited for reckless driving following a single-vehicle rollover crash in Manitowoc.
Officers say it happened around 7:30 pm Sunday in the 2900 block of Michigan Avenue.
The driver was able to crawl out of the vehicle while the Jaws of Life had to be used to extricate the 17-year-old passenger.
The passenger suffered minor injuries while the driver was unharmed.
Investigators say the driver admitted to speeding, losing control on a curve.
Neither drugs nor alcohol are suspected to be factors in the crash.
