LADDONIA, MISSOURI (WTAQ) – Two Oshkosh-bound Arkansas residents have died in a plane crash.
Missouri State Highway Patrol was contacted around 11:30 pm Thursday to help search for a missing plane that had recently taken off from a Mexico, Missouri airport.
The single-engine aircraft was located in a Laddonia, Missouri soybean field early Friday.
Both people, 41-year-olds Bobby and Shannon Faulkner, on board died.
It is unknown whether they were heading to Oshkosh for EAA AirVenture.
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating.
