MARINETTE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – A 27-year-old Marinette woman has been convicted for her role in a weekend-long manhunt.
Ashley Niewierowski has pleaded no contest to felony counts of Armed Burglary, Fleeing an Officer, and Driving a Vehicle Without the Owner’s Consent.
Four other felonies and five misdemeanors were dismissed but can be considered at sentencing.
Niewierowski, along with Chad Setunsky, were accused of stealing an ATM from a Stephenson convenience store on April 8 and then leading police on a high-speed chase.
She is scheduled to be sentenced September 11.
Setunsky, who faces 41 counts, is due back in court for a status conference on August 14.
