ALLOUEZ, WI (WTAQ) – An inmate has assaulted a correctional officer at Green Bay Correctional.
The state Department of Corrections says the incident at the Allouez facility happened Saturday morning.
The officer was treated at the hospital and released.
No further information has been provided as an investigation is ongoing.
