WINNEBAGO COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – The man accused of instigating the standoff at Neenah’s Eagle Nation Cycles has again had his trial postponed.
Brian Flatoff is now scheduled to have a two-week trial start January 8.
The 47-year-old Stevens Point man faces 16 charges for allegedly firing at two police officers outside the bike shop and initiating the sequence of events that led to one of his hostages’ death.
Flatoff’s current attorneys, his seventh set of counsel, asked to delay a September trial.
