GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – One of the men convicted in a 1992 Green Bay murder has filed an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court.
This is the latest attempt by Keith Kutska to overturn his conviction for the death of his co-worker Tom Monfils at the then-James River paper mill.
Federal records indicate that a petition for a writ of certiorari was filed May 18.
Several courts have denied Kutska’s previous appeals.
Kutska is one of four men serving life prison terms for the death.
