UPDATE: After reviewing video from the 10th Street Bridge camera, officers have rescinded the ticket to the 45-year-old woman and issued it to the 76-year-old man, who is now determined to have been the one who ran the red light.

A Maritime Metro Transit Bus has been involved in a three-vehicle crash in Manitowoc.
The accident happened at the intersection of South 10th Street and Franklin Street around 1:10 pm Saturday.
Witnesses say a 45-year-old Manitowoc woman was southbound on South 10th Street when she failed to stop for a red light at Franklin Street and struck a westbound SUV, driven by a 76-year-old Manitowoc man.
The crash forced the SUV into the bus, which was stopped at the intersection on Franklin Street, facing east.
Police say the 45-year-old woman was taken to the hospital with possible neck and shoulder injuries. She was also cited for running the red light.
The 76-year-old Manitowoc man suffered a minor hand injury and was not taken to the hospital.
Two bus passengers, a 28-year-old Manitowoc woman and a 34-year-old Manitowoc man, were also taken to the hospital for possible injuries.
