APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – A 28-year-old Appleton man is headed to trial on charges that he opened fire at an Appleton apartment complex last week.
Ger Thao faces eight felony counts, including Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide and First Degree Reckless Injury.
Thao’s arraignment hearing is scheduled for June 6.
