TOWN OF HOLLAND, WI (WTAQ) – The name has been released of the 31-year-old woman who died in a two-vehicle Town of Holland crash Thursday morning.
Brown County Sheriff’s officials say the accident happened at 10:26 am when Cara Klemm of Brillion was eastbound on Highway Z and failed to stop at the intersection with Highway 32/57.
Klemm’s car struck a southbound dump truck, forcing the truck into a ditch where it rolled onto its driver’s side. The car came to rest on the highway’s shoulder.
Officers say Klemm’s three children, ages five, three, and one, were taken to the hospital and released.
The dump truck’s driver, Allen Rasmussen Jr. of Gillett, was treated at the scene.
Investigators say alcohol and drugs not do appear to be factors in the crash.
