ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ) – While Hinterland Brewery is planning to open Tuesday as the first business in Ashwaubenon’s new Titletown District, a second facility is not far behind.
Lodge Kohler is expected to open its doors in July.
The lodge will offer 134 guest rooms and ten suites, with room prices starting at $195 per night on weekdays and $463 per night on Packers’ game days.
Kohler’s Group Director of Lodging Christine Loose says the facility will include the Leaps and Bounds Cafe, which offers both indoor and outdoor dining options.
The restaurant is expected to have a rotisserie grill and an open kitchen.
Loose says the first thing guests will notice when approaching the cafe is a wall full of wine bottles as a ‘wine program’ will be offered.
In addition to food and beverage options, Kohler Water Spa Director Garrett Mersberger says there will be a spa with six treatment rooms.
Services offered will include: massages, facials, body treatments, and hydrotherapy experiences.
He says one highlight of the spa is the thermal suite, which will offer a steam room, sauna, and co-ed relaxation space.
The third business in the Titletown District, Bellin Health, is expected to open this fall.
