OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – An Oshkosh man is in custody for reportedly abusing his two-month old daughter.
Oshkosh Police say the incident was reported on March 3 after the man took the girl to Aurora Hospital. She was later flown to the Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee.
Doctors determined the girl sustained at least twenty broken bones, which included injuries to the ribs, legs, and arms. She also had multiple brain bleeds and bruises to the face and head.
The child has since been released from the hospital and is staying with a family member.
No further information about the suspect has been released.
